Looking for opinions, especially from cat owners!

Hey, friends who use or have used the pet-stuff-delivery service Chewy, how has it been for you? Do things arrive on time and in good shape? Have you used their pharmacy to purchase meds? If something goes wrong, do they make it right? I ask because our vet is slowly and inexorably upping the costs of Westley and Hector's fancy health food, and I'm pretty sure doing the same on Hector's two heart meds. Just at a glance on Chewy, I can get their food for cheaper, one of Hector's meds for cheaper, and possibly a generic version of his second med (I may call them and ask about this) for the same lower cost. We are trying to save money as we slip into the holiday season, and this plus not having to schedule around the vet office's varying hours every month would help. Chime in!

So far they've been really good. We're not doing stuff that you need a script for, but the autoship seems to work well. One of my dogs gets a canned food and when four out of twelve cans showed up super dented, they refunded my money quickly. I suspect that if I had asked for new cans instead of a refund, that would have turned around just as quickly.

My vet also recommends them over Amazon for things like probiotics because she's had clients get fraudulent stuff from Amazon multiple times.

I swear by Chewy for medications; SO much cheaper. And you can get decent prices on food by the case. I've only had a package take longer than two days once; the rest of the time, it gets delivered, even to my gated complex, with no problems. They don't do overnight shipping so you need to make sure to plan ahead (she learned from experience), but they are awesome.
